JUNK & HAUL LLC provides junk removal, hauling, cleanout, debris removal, and related services throughout the State of Maryland.

2. Services Provided

JUNK & HAUL LLC offers residential and commercial junk removal services including, but not limited to:

  • Furniture removal

  • Appliance removal

  • Construction debris removal

  • Garage, attic, and basement cleanouts

  • Estate and foreclosure cleanouts

  • Yard waste removal

  • Office and commercial cleanouts

All services are subject to availability and approval.

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of booking.

  • Final pricing may change depending on volume, weight, accessibility, labor requirements, disposal fees, or additional materials discovered on-site.

  • Customers will be informed of any pricing changes before work begins.

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

We accept approved payment methods including cash, major credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.

  • Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection efforts.

  • Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees.

  • Customers are responsible for all authorized charges related to services rendered.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • JUNK & HAUL LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to items being removed.

  • Identify and remove all valuable, hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials before service.

  • Secure pets and maintain a safe work environment.

  • Obtain any required property permissions or approvals.

JUNK & HAUL LLC is not responsible for items unintentionally left inside furniture, boxes, containers, or other materials designated for removal.

7. Prohibited Items

JUNK & HAUL LLC does not accept or remove hazardous or prohibited materials, including but not limited to:

  • Chemicals and solvents

  • Paint, oil, and fuel

  • Asbestos

  • Biohazard materials

  • Explosives or ammunition

  • Medical waste

  • Illegal substances

  • Certain regulated electronics or hazardous waste

We reserve the right to refuse removal of any item deemed unsafe or prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Maryland law:

  • JUNK & HAUL LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability for any claim related to services provided shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

  • Customers acknowledge that junk removal may involve moving heavy or bulky items that could carry inherent risks.

While we take reasonable care during removal, minor cosmetic damage may occasionally occur during the handling of large or difficult items.

9. Property Damage Claims

Any claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

JUNK & HAUL LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Damage caused by structural instability

  • Damage resulting from improperly installed fixtures, furniture, or materials

10. Donations and Disposal

Items removed may be donated, recycled, disposed of, or otherwise handled at the sole discretion of JUNK & HAUL LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not guarantee donation or recycling of any specific item.

11. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Interfere with website functionality

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of JUNK & HAUL LLC unless otherwise stated.

12. Privacy

Any information submitted through our website or contact forms will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Service Refusal
